• 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.:   Presentation Session I

• 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.:   Animal Tracking in Wildlife Research: Observer Reliability and the Tracker Evaluation as a Training Tool, Jonah Evans and Ciel Wharton

• 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.:   The Role of the Tracker in Private Game Reserves, Mathanjana "Renias" Mhlongo, and Alexander van den Heever

• 8:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.: Storytelling, informal discussions, organizing of early bird activities.

Saturday October 21st

• 8:00 - 8:45 a.m.:   Breakfast; sign-ups for Saturday presentation sessions and tracking groups; check-in continued

• 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.:   Presentation Session II

• 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.:   Tracking Dangerous Game, Johnson Mhlanga and Adriaan Louw

• 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.:   ‘Trackeyeng’ and Relearning to See – Human Visual Perception and the Search Image in Tracking, Rob Speiden and David Moskowitz

• 12:00 – 12:45 p.m.:   Lunch

• 12:45 – 3:45 p.m.:   Presentation Session III

• 12:45 – 2:45 p.m.:   Track Aging: Theory and Practice, David Moskowitz (2-hour, field session)

• 2:45 – 3:45 p.m.:   The Black Rhino Project in the Karoo and The Nhordhoek Project on the Cape Penninsula, Louis Liebenberg and James "JJ" Minye

• 3:45 - 4:00 p.m.:   Quick snack break

• 4:00 – 6:15 p.m.:   Presentation Session IV

• 4:00 – 6:15 p.m.:   Following Blood Trails: A SAR Perspective, Mark Gleason and C. Steve Frye

• 8:00 – 9:00 p.m.:   In the Footsteps of the Ancestors: What Tracking Can Teach Us About the Past, Dr. David Kowalewski

• 9:00 – 10:00 p.m.:   Tracking Lions, Ian Thomas and other African guests

• 10:00 – 11:00 p.m.:   ISPT Annual Meeting – All Members Welcome

• 11:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.:   Informal gatherings, night tracking, campfire, stories, etc.

Sunday October 22nd

• 6:30 - 9:00 am.: For early risers: Informal tracking time and Daybreak Thanksgiving

• 8:00 - 8:45 a.m.: Breakfast; pack-up, break camp, “check out” by 4:00 p.m.

• 8:45 – 11:45 a.m.: Special Field Session: Trailing in the field led by our guest African trackers; limited to 25 participants!

• 8:45 – 11:45 a.m.: Concurrent tracking activities for those who don’t participate in the field session; TBA

• 11:45 - 12:30 p.m.: Lunch; Pack-up, break camp continued

• 12:30 – 3:30 p.m.: Presentation Session VI

• 12:30 – 3:30 p.m.: SAR Trackers: The Value Added Searcher, Del Morris

• 3:30 – 4:00 p.m.: Closing, thank you and see you next year!
